1. Cleaning frequency: change variety, batch, and end of production.
2. Cleaning tools: cleaning basin, cleaning cloth, brush, rubber gloves.
3. Cleaning agent: 2% NaOH solution. Disinfectant: 75% ethanol.
4. Cleaning method:
1) Extraction unit: equipment online cleaning
① After production is completed, remove the "running" status label and hang the "waiting for cleaning" status label.
② The cleaning of the detachable parts will remove the drug delivery hose from the detachable parts and send it to the tool cleaning room. Use a high-pressure water gun to repeatedly rinse the delivery hose until it is clean, then rinse it with purified water again. Take a dry cloth and wipe the outer surface of the delivery hose until there is no water mark.
③ Check whether there is any residual powder at the outlet of the spray dryer, and clean it with a nylon brush if any.
2) Cleaning of the host
① Flush the inside and outside of the dryer cylinder, the outside surface of the material conveying pipeline, the inside and outside of the cyclone separator and the mixing tank with a high-pressure water gun.
Note: For areas that are difficult to clean, rinse or wipe with 2% NaOH solution. After cleaning, take a stainless steel bucket and place it under the discharge port. Open the double butterfly valve at the discharge port at the bottom of the dryer cylinder, discharge the cleaned sewage, and discard it.
② Open the upper cleaning port of the powder collecting pipe, open the upper and lower valves of the cyclone separator double butterfly valve, place the stainless steel barrel under the double butterfly valve, guide the high-pressure water gun soft cleaning nozzle from the outside of the cleaning port, start the high-pressure water gun, pull the cleaning nozzle back and forth, and flush the powder collecting pipe and the cyclone separator double butterfly valve until the PH value of the outflow water is neutral and clear.
③ Take a nylon brush and introduce it from the outer side of the discharge valve at the bottom of the mixing tank. Brush back and forth several times, rinse with water while brushing. For areas that are difficult to clean, dip it in a 2% NaOH solution and rinse until the pH value of the effluent is neutral and clear.
④ The operator puts the wiping cloth into drinking water to moisten and wring it dry, then wipes the outside of the dryer and mixing tank once, and rinses it clean with drinking water while wiping.
3) Rinse: Finally, use a high-pressure water gun to thoroughly rinse the outer surface of the dryer and the inside and outside of the mixing tank.
① Place the stainless steel bucket containing purified water under the discharge port of the dryer, take a clean cloth dipped in 75% ethanol to scrub the discharge port once. After 10 minutes, wet and wring the clean cloth in purified water, and then thoroughly wipe the discharge port of the dryer until there is no alcohol odor.
② Clean the outer walls, valves, and instruments of the dryer and control cabinet with a clean wet cloth to ensure that there are no stains on the surface.
③ During the cleaning process, pay special attention to the cleaning of the discharge port of the dryer and the discharge valve of the mixing tank.
4) Drying of spray dryer body: turn on the heater and fan to dry the whole equipment.
① 4 Close the butterfly valve for 5 minutes, and then open the butterfly valve for 3 minutes, so that the moisture in the cyclone separator can be removed after two consecutive times.
② After drying, turn off the heater. When the inlet air temperature drops to 50 ℃, the fan can be turned off.
5) Drying of the mixing tank: Inject steam into the mixing tank and dry until there are no traces.
