Preparation before use of centrifugal spray dryer
Check the lubricating oil condition of each mechanical component and whether the water, air, and slurry pipe valve ports are in the required position;
Check whether sealing materials are installed at the pipe joints, and then connect them after high-speed centrifugal spray drying to ensure that unheated air is not allowed to enter the drying chamber;
Check whether the doors and observation windows are closed and whether there is air leakage;
Check if the rotation direction of the centrifugal fan is correct;
Check if the regulating butterfly valve at the outlet of the centrifugal fan is open and do not close the butterfly valve tightly, otherwise it will damage the electric heater and air inlet pipeline, which must be given sufficient attention;
Check whether the connection pipeline of the feed pump is properly connected and whether the rotation direction of the motor and pump is correct;
Check whether the spray head on the top of the drying chamber is properly covered to avoid air leakage;
Is the atomizer lubricating oil cooling pipe joint properly connected.
