Characteristics of experimental spray dryer:
1. The spray, drying chamber and collection device are made of transparent, high-quality, high temperature resistant and high borosilicate glass, so that the spray drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free and stable environment. The whole process of spray drying experiment can be seen, which is convenient for controlling the experiment process and finding and adjusting problems in time. All glass components are easy to disassemble and clean.
2. Built in imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of powder spraying is normally distributed, with good fluidity, and the noise is very low, less than 60db, which meets the national laboratory noise standard.
3. The atomization structure of the two fluid spray is made of high-quality and high-precision 316 stainless steel material, with uniform atomization.
4. The temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, ensuring accurate temperature control.
5. The feeding amount can be adjusted by the Peristaltic pump, and at least 30ml sample can also complete an experiment.
6. The jet device automatically unblocks (passes the needle) and the frequency is adjustable. When the nozzle is blocked, it will automatically clear to ensure the continuity of the experiment.
7. Fully automatic manual dual mode, PLC control, color touch screen display, Chinese and English operation interface, all parameters are displayed on LCD.
8. With protection function, if the fan is not started, the heater cannot be started.
9. After drying, the Granularity of the finished dry powder is relatively uniform, and more than 95% of the dry powder is in the same Granularity range.
10. It can be used after being powered on without any auxiliary facilities.
Precautions for use of experimental spray dryer:
1. The fan must be turned on first before the heater.
2. Before shutting down the equipment, the heating must be turned off first. After the temperature reaches below 60 degrees Celsius, the fan must be turned off.
3. The device is equipped with an operation protection function, and the heater switch cannot be turned on when the fan switch is not turned on.
4. The device is equipped with an operation protection function, and the fan switch cannot be turned off when the temperature is above 60 degrees Celsius.
5. The equipment is equipped with a fault protection function. When the fan frequency conversion alarm is triggered, the heater automatically turns off and cannot be turned on.
6. Non professional personnel are prohibited from operating and do not modify the wires in the distribution cabinet.
